Copyright & Illegal Content Notices
Version 1.0.0, last updated 2026-10-23.
cetirisape (operator to be named) respects intellectual property and other people's rights and expects users to do the same. This page explains how to tell us about infringing or illegal content, how we respond, and how you can respond if your content is removed. It supports the Terms of Service and the Acceptable Use Policy.
1. Reporting copyright infringement
If you are a rights holder (or authorised to act for one) and believe content on the Services infringes your copyright, send a notice to hello@cetirisape.localhost containing:
- your name, postal address, email and telephone number, and, if you act for someone else, who and your authority;
- identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed (or a representative list if many works are covered by one notice);
- identification of the material you want removed and enough information to locate it (exact URLs or identifiers);
- a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the rights holder, its agent or the law;
- a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury (where US law applies), that you are the rights holder or authorised to act for them; and
- your physical or electronic signature.
Incomplete notices may not be actionable. Do not send notices for material you do not own or for uses you know are lawful (for example fair use / fair dealing / quotation, parody, or licensed use): knowingly false or abusive notices may expose you to liability for damages and costs, and we may ignore notices from senders who repeatedly abuse the process.
2. Reporting other illegal content (notice and action)
Anyone can report content they consider illegal at hello@cetirisape.localhost. To let us act quickly, include:
- a sufficiently substantiated explanation of why you believe the content is illegal and, where possible, the law you think it breaches;
- the exact location (URL or identifier) of the content;
- your name and email (not needed for reports of child sexual abuse material);
- a statement confirming your good-faith belief that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
We confirm receipt, assess the notice diligently, objectively and in a timely manner, and tell you our decision and available remedies. Where required, we inform the person who posted the content of the decision and the reasons ("statement of reasons").
3. What we do
On a valid notice we may remove or disable access to the content, notify the person who posted it, and apply our repeat-infringer measures. Removal is not an admission that the notice is right. We may restore content if a counter-notice is received and the notice sender does not start legal action in time, or if we find the notice was mistaken. We may disclose the notice and your identity to the poster, as the law permits.
4. Counter-notice: if your content was removed
If you think your content was removed by mistake or you are authorised or the use is lawful, send a counter-notice to hello@cetirisape.localhost with:
- your name, address, email and phone, and your signature;
- identification of the removed content and where it appeared before removal;
- a statement, under penalty of perjury where US law applies, that you have a good-faith belief the content was removed by mistake or misidentification;
- your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia (or, if you are in the US, the federal district of your address) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice.
We forward the counter-notice to the sender. If they do not tell us within 10 business days that they have started legal action, we may restore the content. You may also use the internal appeal in the Acceptable Use Policy, and, where available, an out-of-court dispute-settlement body or the courts.
5. Repeat infringers
We terminate in appropriate circumstances the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright or repeatedly post illegal content. Accounts may also be suspended after repeated, manifestly illegal postings or repeated unfounded notices.
6. Trademarks, privacy and other rights
Notices about trademark misuse, defamation, privacy violations (including non-consensual intimate imagery), personal-data removal, or other legal claims go to hello@cetirisape.localhost with the same information as in section 2. For personal-data rights requests see the Privacy Policy.
7. Child sexual abuse material and emergencies
Report child sexual abuse material to hello@cetirisape.localhost and to your national hotline (in the EU, via INHOPE); we remove it immediately and report it to the competent authorities. For imminent danger, call your local emergency number.
8. Authority orders
Orders from courts or authorities to act against illegal content or to provide information should be sent to hello@cetirisape.localhost (also our contact point under the EU Digital Services Act; see Legal Notice). We assess them for validity and respond as the law requires.
